JustSayOohRah.com was created by Christine, a Navy wife with a slight obsession with information. I wanted to have a place to share links and experiences of things I’ve seen in my 5 years (almost!) as a “Dependant” and have others share theirs. I want this to be a blog/website where people can come and get information (like the REAL lo-down on the bases) and find links to other military spouses.
